Spring Floods

The improvised composition evokes the natural flooding in the spring from snowmelt and spring rainstorms. The photo shows Lake Memphremagog, from the Vermont side looking North into Canada, during late April of 2019. The floating log to the lower right was being swept along on the flow from the Clyde River as it empties into the lake. See the video for this piece as well at:
